I guess my response was more based on the long haul and maybe because of my dad's influence on my baseball introduction, Ted remains the man. I still remember standing in awe at Cooperstown in front of the Williams display and the incredible exhibit of how selective he was as a hitter. In left, one does not need to play much but the wall - though Yaz probably did that better than anyone I've ever seen out there.
