just wanted to ssy as a BU fan who regularly tunes in to WUML as Lowell and BU seem inextricably linked throughout the season in the #PWR (PAIR WISE RANKINGS, kinda like SOS in college basketball but the PWR picks the NCAA tourney with zero input from coaches or back room deals). Anyway, BU has homers like Bernie Corbett who is fun to listen to but barely lets you know when the opponent scores a goal as he is so distraught.

The guys on WUML call the game professionally, with a hint of homerism BUT ALWAYS far more excited by a great play regardless of whether made by Lowell or the opponent - happy for the kids.

Listened to the game with Lowell hosting Providence tonight - neither are my teams - but did a great job in calling the upset while still reminding fans that this is a great Lowell team who so long as they take it one game at a time should still be in great shape as Friday night is in their building and assuming they win the reason you play for home ice all season long in Hockey East is assuming Lowell wins tomorrow night they will again be home on Saturday for the rubber match.
