    Sale price?
    I am also wondering if there has been a deed transfer for 246.1 Market St. There is usually some information posted on the Planning Board web site but as of today these is no listing for this address.
    There is a public hearing scheduled September 4th, 6:30 PM.
    Lowell Planning Board will hold a public hearing to hear all interested persons relative to an application by Thomas Monahan for a Special Permit for the premises located at 246.1 Market Street. The request is for the conversion of a former mill building in accordance with Article 8.1 of the City of Lowell Ordinance. The parcel is located in the DMU (Downtown Mixed Use) zoning district. The parcel is 246.1 Market Street of 45,586 square feet.

    This week’s sale of 200 Market St Unit 3010 was $128,500. Maybe I subconsciously left it out so other owners in the building wouldn’t see that values were still down considerably since 2004.

    Regarding 246.1 Market St, there is no new deed on record. The last document for that property seems to have been recorded in March 2014. It was a lien by the city of Lowell for $2400 for “pedestrian safety work.” That document showed the owner of the property to be Boott Mills LLC. Often, potential or future owners are the petitioners before they actually close the deal which at times can be contingent on various permissions.
