We have set the dates for this spring’s Lowell Cemetery tours.  Here are the dates and times:

Friday, May 15, 2015 at 1 pm

Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10 am

Friday, May 22, 2015 at 1 pm

Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 10 am

All of these tours will

• begin at the Lawrence Street Gate of the cemetery;
• are free and require no advance registration;
• last 90 minutes;
• involve a moderate amount of walking; and
• are conducted rain or shine.

Lowell Cemetery is a privately-owned, non-denominational cemetery that opened in 1841 as one of the earliest garden style cemeteries in America.  Many of Lowell’s most famous residents are buried there and their stories are shared during the tour.
