    Dick, Is 21-48 Prince Ave the Dutton Yarn Company structure? The address seems strange with both even and odd numbers. Do you know who bought the property? Thanks for your updates.

    Looking at the City GIS, The Prince Ave transaction involved 4 separate houses with 2 on each side of the street all owned by the same owner.
