I totally agree that FAUX, FOX populists rants very likely would have destroyed this most moving monument that let’s one see, reflect on, experience what one wants or needs….a clerk typist in Saigon, a pilot, a conscientious objector serving as a medic, a grunt, a LRRP, a door gunner, a survivor, a lost sister, son, husband. I was w the Red Cross in VN, 66-67. on Veteran’s Day some of us are always at “the Wall” to get the VN Vets the same support we did in Viet Nam.
