Please join the Lowell National Historic Park, the Lowell Heritage Partnership and the City of Lowell/Doors Open Lowell on Thursday May 16, 2013 for a reception and celebration of cultural heritage and historic preservation. The 2013 Community Preservation Awards will be given these honorees: the Lowell Community Health Center, Richard Howe Jr., Albert Lorenzo, the Southeast Asian Water Festival and to Dr. Patrick J. Mogan (posthumously).
